Shredded Cheese (optional)
Scramble one egg in a bowl and add shredded cabbage
Finely chop onions, mushrooms and peppers and mix it into the egg mixture; you may also want to add some cheese to the mixture, but this is optional)
Add a little salt, pepper and cayenne for taste
