Cabbage Patties

My low-carb cabbage patty recipe is perfect for those seeking a low-carb or keto diet, or even just a healthy alternative to fried potatoes or starch on your breakfast plate. Give them a try!

Ingredients

  • (1) Egg

  • Shredded Cabbage

  • Onions

  • Mushrooms

  • Peppers

  • Salt, Pepper, Cayenne

  • Shredded Cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Scramble one egg in a bowl and add shredded cabbage

  2. Finely chop onions, mushrooms and peppers and mix it into the egg mixture; you may also want to add some cheese to the mixture, but this is optional)

  3. Add a little salt, pepper and cayenne for taste

  4. Fry in a pan until lightly browned and enjoy!
