The Comfort Zone
The comfort zone keeps us locked into our lives. We live the same way day after day, year after year. Even when we desire change it is often very hard. It is usually easier to stay the same even when we are not truly happy. But to make the changes we want in our lives; we must be willing to go through the pain and discomfort it takes to get out of the cage that keeps us trapped.
Remember you will have resistance. You will experience fear. Put one foot in front of the other, take small steps. This will create momentum. If you fall, it’s ok. We all fall, get back up right away.
